Your family may be eligible for the Childcare Subsidy (CSS), which reduces your out of pocket fees paid to the centre. You will need to apply through Centrelink and funds will be deducted from your child care fees, meaning you will only need to fund the ‘gap’ amount. This amount varies depending on your families individual circumstances. There are a number of contributing factors to determine your subsidy through Centrelink.
